Service: Graveside Memorial Service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
Full military honors will be presented by the United States Army.
Randall was born on November 4th, 1932 in Healdton, Oklahoma. He was raised and graduated high school in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
Randall joined the Army National Guard in 1951 where he rose to the rank of SFC and was proud to be a tank commander of the 49th Armor Division. He retired in 1974 after 23 years of service to his country.
During this time, he also fulfilled a boyhood dream of becoming a police officer and joined the Ft. Worth Police Department.
Randall later moved on and decided on a career with Bell Helicopter. He worked as a gear box assembler and retired from Bell in 2001. He loved to tell stories from his Bell days.
Randall is survived by his wife, Elfriede Towry, daughter, Rita Vaughan (Kenneth Key), his sister, Mary Laffoon (Jerry) his grandson, Nick Towry (Jackie) and many other family members and so many wonderful friends.
Randall was a great husband, amazing father, and all around wonderful man. He will be truly missed.
