in Fort Worth, Texas. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother,
grandmother, and friend to all that knew and loved her. She was born in 1933 in
Pembroke, New York, to Floyd and Mabel Wyman.
Rebekah Ingraham, known as “Becky” by many, grew up with her parents and
many siblings on a beautiful farm in Pembroke, New York. She always had a deep
love of animals and plants, which started on that farm and continued throughout
her life. After she progressed through grade school, she began to attend
Houghton College, only to be waylaid by the love of Robert Charles Ingraham.
They became married on December 6th, 1952, and enjoyed a glorious 67 years of
marriage. They had three children together, Tim, Beth, and Toby, and moved the
family from New York to Texas in 1967, where they started People’s Church in
Colleyville. She was church secretary at Grace Temple in Fort Worth for many
years. She loved her “Young at Heart” family, and Sunday School class at Christ
Church in Fort Worth, where she and her husband currently attended. Becky lived
a life of service to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and always served her church
community. She was loved by many, and will be missed greatly.
