He was born on Randolph Air Force base in San Antonio, Texas on July 18th, 1947 to Bill and Ruth Brownlow. He was an only child and enjoyed his many adventures traveling around the world while his father worked in the Air Force.
Ken enlisted in the Air Force and served in the Vietnam War. He then graduated from the University of Texas in Arlington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and married the love of his life, Gay (Padgett).
He became a Christian while in college and lived his life telling others about Christ and His mercies.
Ken worked many years in engineering and software programming and enjoyed spending time with family, traveling, and playing sports.
He is dearly beloved by his family and friends and is greatly missed.
Ken is survived by his wife Gay Brownlow, his sons: Michael and his wife Stephanie Brownlow, and Stephen and his wife Brittany Brownlow, and his daughter, Charissa and her husband Jake Hanson; Grandchildren, Abigail, Kaitlyn, Evangeline, Susannah, Alex, Jordan, Josey, and Ariyah and his Stepmother, Jean Brownlow.
There will be a service at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home on January 2nd, 2021 at 3PM, followed by internment and reception. Masks will be required. The service will also be live streamed.
