Bob was my first boss when I started working with Cities Services Oil & Gas NGL Division in 1976. He was exuberant and certainly fun to be around. Elinor and I fondly remember Bob's and Billie's lake picnics at Grand Lake. Bob was a great boss and friend. He will always be remembered and loved by all who met him. Our sincere condolences to Billie and the Tuttle family.

We were so fortunate to have such wonderful friends in Jim and Suzanne to introduce us to Billie and Bob. We enjoyed Hilary's wedding weekend, a vacation in St. Martin, and in Dominican Republic (rain was never so much fun!). We so enjoyed Bob's positive spirit and love for life.

Our deepest heartfelt prayers and sympathy go out to Billie and the family. May you find comfort in his always positive spirit and love.
