

Pat Moffatt, of Saginaw, Texas passed September 11, 2018. Dad will always be remembered as loving father, husband, friend, mentor and colleague. Born August 15, 1929, Texas City, Tx to Roy and Daisy Moffatt, raised in Clifton attended High School Clifton, Texas 1947. United States Air Force (Feb 1947-Feb 1950) honorably discharged, Sargent. 1950, self-employed gas station in Haltom City, Texas. Patrolman Haltom City 1953, Chief of Police 1957, City Manager of Haltom City in 1963 until retired in ‘84. Second retirement as City Manager City of Saginaw. Member of Moslah Temple, Kiwanis Club N.E. Fort Worth, Master Mason Good Standing Haltom City-Riverside No. 1331-50 plus years. Asbury Methodist Church Haltom City. Above all, Dad loved and cherished his family, extended family and the lake.
Pat Moffatt is survived by wife Polly Moffatt. Daughters Mary Moffatt Watson and P.J. “Trish” Moffatt Gritta Fritsche, CPA. Grandchildren Nikia Watson and Amelia Gritta. Great Grandchildren Kai Watson and Harley Watson. Faithful pet Hoss.
