Sandra K. Stanford, 74, of Corinth, Texas passed away on August 16, 2024. She was born in Fort Worth, Texas on January 25, 1950. Sandy graduated from Haltom High School and received her Bachelors degree from UTA and her Masters degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She dedicated her life to caring for others including both her parents, brother-in-law, and sister. She found great joy in her calling of ministering to children and their families serving at the First Baptist Church of Austin, First Baptist Church of Muskogee Oklahoma, and Shady Grove Baptist Church in North Richland Hills. She is survived by her sister, Wanda Maudine Griffin of Corinth, her niece and nephew in-law Laura and Bart Pope of Corinth, great nieces Tiffany DeLillo, Heather Thomas, Laura Griffin, and Victoria Kendall and great nephew Nathan Pope with several great, great nieces and nephews and all the precious children that she served and blessed throughout her life. Funeral arrangements will be held at 10:00 for visitation, 11:00 service followed by graveside on Wednesday August 21, 2024 at Bluebonnet Hills in Colleyville, TX.
