Mrs. Shirley Jean Cannon

Funeral service will be Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 12:30pm at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. Bro. Chuck Stevenson will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park following the service. Pallbearers will be Rickey Marsh, Randy Johnston, Todd Holder, Justin Farmer, Terry Tudor and Todd Tudor.

Mrs. Cannon was born on Sunday, May 5, 1935, in Stephenville, Texas. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church for the past several years. Mrs. Cannon worked at Swift & Company for may years and then for the Texas Highway Department until she retired.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur M. Norris and Fannie Vick Norris, her beloved husband, Sylvan and brother, Jimmie R. Norris.

Survivors: Brother, J.M. Norris, Frances Marsh, special cousin and caregiver, Amy Alexander, special caregiver. Special friends, Paul and Karen Nichols. Hephew, Tim Taylor and niece, Tanya Taylor Shelton. Many cousins, Friendship Baptist Church family, and many loving friends.
