Shona Sue Williams

It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my wife, Shona Sue Williams.

She passed away at home on the 25th of September 2026. She was born on September 13, 1966. Shona was my heart and soul for over 35 years. She was a devoted wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend to many. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, kindness, humor, integrity and work ethic.

Shona was admired for her accomplishments with Kyocera, where she began her career in November 1993 as the Admin for SW Region and National Accounts Support.

In September 2017, Shona was promoted to Customer Care Manager. She leaves behind a legacy of hard work and dedication. Her 33 plus years were defined not only by her achievements, but she was supported by her colleague and friend Linda Creed who both successfully advanced in their careers at Kyocera together.

Shona is survived by her husband Tommy Williams, mother Alma Sue Rhea and husband Larry Wiemer, nephew Zachary Rhea and wife Brenna Rhea, nieces Tilly Rhea and Penelope Rhea, cousins Teresa Carraway and Rhonda Grimes along with extended family, best friend Candace Keele and godmother to Anthony Thomas and Randi Keele.

She was preceded in death by her father Joe Charles Rhea, brother Gregory Lynn Rhea, grandparents Archie B Rhea and wife Alma Rhea, Elmer L Platt and wife Edna A Platt, Aunt Laverne Pack and Mother-in-Law Mary Williams.
