Thomas (“Tom”) McNichols passed away suddenly at the age of 56 on July 25, 2014 at home.
Memorial service to be held Saturday, August 9,2014, at 11am at the Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home in Colleyville, TX, with a reception to follow to celebrate Tom's life. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project and support veterans returning home.
Tom was born February 19, 1958 and spent his early years growing up in the Chicago area. He later moved to Houston, TX, where he spent his middle and high school years. He attended Stratford High School in Houston, where he played baseball and football. He attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. He worked for Fidelity investments for about 25 years, MFS for 3 years and TD Ameritrade for 5 years.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents George and Betty McNichols and daughter Mary Katherine "Katie" McNichols.
Tom is survived by his wife of 33 years Karen McNichols, and daughters Megan Clark and husband Stephen, Shannon McNichols and Erin McNichols.
