Vicky was born to Esmeraldo and Celerina Vizconde on December 23, 1947 in Bulacon, Philippines. After graduating with a degree in Accounting from University of the East in Manila, she moved to the US where she primarily worked for GTE. This is where she met many of her life-long and closest friends. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family, playing mahjong, listening to music, and window shopping.
Vicky is survived by her son John Hintz and his wife Lindsey. She is also survived by brothers Jaunito “Tito” Vizconde and Jesus “Jess” Vizconde and sisters Leonora “Nora” Navarro and Ursula “Loli” Retardo.
Vicky is preceded in death by her parents and brother Ceferino “Ino” Vizconde.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 1st at 10 am at the Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home in Colleyville, Texas.
