Wanda June Cassaday Allison

Service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday July 18 at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be on Thursday, July 17 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel, 5725 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville, Texas 76034. Tarrant County Meals on Wheels will accept donations in her honor

June was born June 8, 1942 in Fort Worth, TX to John M. Cassaday and Georgia K. Hogg Cassaday. She attended Carter Riverside High School. On December 24, 1958 she married Buster Allison, her true soul mate. She worked many years at Tarrant County Tax Office and retired. Quilting, sewing, and the outdoors were things that she enjoyed. June had a quiet strength and gentle spirit she touched the hearts of all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Cassaday, mother, Georgia Cassaday Clark, step father, Norman Clark, brother, Johnny Mac Cassaday, also many aunts and uncles and her beloved dogs.

Survivors: Husband, Buster Allison, children, Mike Allison and Kim Allison Payne (David); grandchildren, Crystal, Amanda and CJ; three great grandchildren, her dog, Beau; brothers, Bob (Naomi), Wayne, and Gary (Judy)Cassaday; June is also survived by many other loving family members and friends.
