Wanda McKain, 93, of Euless, Texas, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2026.
Wanda was born on September 9, 1932, in Commerce, Texas, to Lewis and Inez Middlebrook.
Wanda loved God, her family, her friends, and gospel music. Her faith was an important part of her life, and she cherished the many relationships she built throughout her years. She enjoyed spending time with the people she cared about and had many friendships that remained meaningful to her throughout her life.
Wanda devoted many decades of her life teaching first grade. She cared deeply about her students and took great pride in the opportunity to educate and encourage others. Her years as a teacher were an important and meaningful part of her life.
Above all, Wanda treasured her family. She is survived by her son, Paul McKain, and wife, Amy, son Tim McKain, and wife, Christy; grandsons Sean McKain, Shannon McKain and wife Natalie, Shane McKain and wife, Whitney, Patrick McKain and wife Danay, and Kyle McKain, and wife Kida, along with her seven beloved great-grandchildren.
Wanda will be remembered for her faith, her dedication to teaching, and the importance she placed on her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.
