Mr. William "Billy" Vann Thomas Jr.

Billy was born on April 11, 1954, in Fort Rucker, Alabama. Although he experienced a difficult childhood, he overcame many obstacles to become a successful business owner in the commercial construction field.

Billy is survived by his wife, Debbie Thomas, his children: Bradley Thomas and wife DeAnne, Leann Caple and husband Chance, and Bobby Williams and wife Carey, his grandchildren: Jonathan Williams, Presley Thomas, Colby Williams, Cameron Caple, Kennedy Thomas, Landry Caple, and Carson Caple. Billy is also survived by one brother, Danny Thomas, and wife Tammy, and one sister, Naida Thomas.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, William and Hellon Thomas as well as his brother, Tracy Thomas.

Billy loved Jesus, his bulldogs, Bible Study Fellowship, Las Vegas, and golf. You could often find him on his back porch in his Vineyard Vines attire doing his bible study, making phone calls, watering his flowers, and feeding the squirrels.

Family was everything to Billy. He took extreme pride in his children and grandchildren. He had a wonderful smile and laugh that was infectious. His sense of humor was unmatched to any other, one of kind. He loved all birthdays and was quick to call family and sing happy birthday on their day and eagerly anticipated all the phone calls and texts he received on his special day. Everyone who knew Billy was touched by his generosity, and he had an uncanny way to make people feel loved and appreciated. There is no way to fully express how much he will truly be missed.

Family will receive visitors on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 COLLEYVILLE BLVD, COLLEYVILLE, TX 76034.

A Funeral Service will occur Wednesday, September 29, 2021, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, 5725 COLLEYVILLE BLVD, COLLEYVILLE, TX 76034.

Interment will follow the Funeral Service, Wednesday, September 29, 2021, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, 5725 COLLEYVILLE BLVD, COLLEYVILLE, TX 76034.
