Marion, Arkansas. He was a member of Sycamore View Church of Christ. Adam graduated from Harding Academy of Memphis, and received a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Ole Miss. Since August, Adam has been in a surgical tech program through ASU. For someone who never really liked school, he continued to seek additional education to give him a better future.
Although Adam had a very quiet spirit, he touched many lives. He always wanted to be remembered for helping people, and throughout his life, he found ways to do that, even in a very private way. Many people whose lives were touched by Adam’s position as a PT tech have contacted the family and shared his ability to listen attentively and provide excellent patient care.
In recent years Adam has enjoyed traveling. He took an Alaskan cruise and then returned to Alaska for a week of day trips. He has enjoyed vacationing in Hawaii, Mount Rushmore in South Dakota, an alpaca farm in Montana, the Olympic Training Center in Colorado, Yellowstone National Park and Old Faithful in Wyoming, a week in Oregon, Fort Sumpter in Charleston, and the San Antonio Riverwalk, among others.
Adam was especially close to his Aunt Vicki, Leslie’s sister. If he wanted to go to a North Carolina basketball game, all he had to do was mention it to her, and they planned a trip. If he wanted to experience a Saturday night football game at LSU, Vicki told him to pick a date and they would go. Although Adam loved many sports teams, his favorites were the Ole Miss Rebels and the New Orleans Saints. A faithful fan no matter how his teams were doing, he was irritated with those who liked a team only when they won.
Adam was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Sarah Irwin; Joyce Noble and Allen Noble; and loving aunt, Vicki Noble. He is survived by his parents, brother, Andy (Meredith), and four nephews. He will be greatly missed because of his sweet soul, great hugs, and big heart.
The family would like to thank Dr. Saradasri Wellikoff at the West Cancer Center and Dr. Crystal Stanton at St. Francis Bartlett, along with the ER doctors at Baptist Crittenden County Hospital who worked tirelessly to give Adam the best treatment available to help him fight his aggressive cancer. Dennis and Leslie would also like to thank their Sycamore View family who have been the hands and feet of Jesus over these difficult few months. God has called Adam
home, and we look forward to a special reunion sometime in the future.
