Autumn Nicole Weeks, age 23, of Collierville, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday December 3, 2019. Autumn was born September 19, 1996 in Memphis to Mickey and Angelia Lewis Weeks. Along with her parents she is survived by her brother; Nolan Weeks, her grandfather; Eddie Lewis, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A visitation for Autumn will be held Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Germantown Church of Christ, 8723 Poplar Pike, Germantown, TN 38138. A funeral service will occur Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, 8723 Poplar Pike, Germantown, TN 38138. A burial will occur at Lehrton Cemetery, Highway 8, Ruleville, Mississippi.
