Frank Boatner Bogan Jr., age 75, of Medina, Tennessee, formerly of West Memphis, AR, passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021. Frank was born June 5, 1945 in Memphis, TN to the late Frank B. Bogan, Sr. and Sarah Lula Sing. Frank was owner and operator of Bogan's Boots and Saddles in West Memphis, AR and Memphis, TN. He was a 32nd degree Mason, a veteran of the United States Air Force and a longtime member of Beverly Hills Baptist Church in Memphis.
He is survived by his loving wife; Judy Bogan, daughters; Jamie Suzanne Bogan, Andrea Penney (Kendall), Tara Douglas (Kris), sisters; Betty Emmons, Nancy Thomson, brother; Ralph Bogan, five grandchildren; Kendra Barry, Emily Lawson, Meredith Brown, Will Penney, Peyton Douglas and one great-grandchild; Kell Cooke. He was preceded in death by grandchild Ainsley Penney.
A visitation for Frank will be held Thursday, March 11, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM at Collierville Funeral Home, 534 West Poplar, Collierville, TN 38017. A reception will follow the service. A committal service will occur Friday, March 12, 2021 from 10:15 AM to 10:35 AM at West Tennessee State Veteran Cemetery, 4000 Forest Hill - Irene Rd, Memphis, TN 38125.
