What a wonderful man. He was our neighbor for 15 plus years. He knew the names of our 3 boys and what they were doing and where they moved to when they graduated college. We have so many memories of him cutting the grass in his tractor and seeing him at Germantown Country Club. He always asked about mine and JPs golf. We love him and will miss him. He was our hero. RIP Ray.

My greatest memory is the love, respect and gratitude that Mr. Fletcher’s son Ray had for his dad. No man gains this level of devotion unless they are truly men who love their community and their family. Mr. Irby Ray Fletcher, I salute you for leaving a legacy of love and caring for others. You will be missed, but more importantly your legacy will live on through your children and grandchildren.
