Jean E. Poppa of Collierville, TN passed away peacefully on March 17th at the age of 89. She was born on April 29th 1936 to Earl and Nadine Head in Flat River, Missouri.After graduating with an associates degree in computer programming, she pursued a career as a real estate broker for 32 years. She married Lawrence G. Poppa in 1960, and together they shared 35 wonderful years. Jean enjoyed hobbies, such as Bridge, golf, and tennis, and was known as an avid artist and painter. She is survived by her three daughters Adrienne Earl, Christine Poppa, and Anne Marie Ricketts, her six grandchildren, and three great grand children.
Visitation will be held at Collierville Funeral Home on March 21st at 10am, followed by a funeral service at 11am.
