Kristen attended Christian Brothers University where she graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing in May 2010. She earned a Master of Professional Studies (Strategic Leadership) from the University of Memphis in December 2013. She worked at various companies as a human resources professional throughout the course of her career.
Kris was an avid sports fan. She could be found at University of Memphis basketball and football games cheering on the Tigers year after year. However, she was the most devoted supporter of Charlie and August’s softball and tee ball teams.
Kristen is survived by her husband, Warren; her parents, Joel and Sheila Bramlitt of Collierville, TN; her sister Kasey and her husband, Keith, and their children, Charlie and August, of Collierville, TN; her brother Stephen and his wife, Angie, of Hernando, MS, along with their family: daughter Lindsay, her husband Jacob, and their son Owen of Byhalia, MS, and son Jake of Collierville, TN; her sister Katherine Bramlitt of Jonesboro, AR; and her grandmother Charlotte Hays of Arlington, TN. Kristen also leaves behind an extended network of family and friends—including her cherished "sister friends"—who loved her deeply.
A gathering of family and friends will occur on Wednesday, September 2 from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. A celebration of Kristen’s life is scheduled for Thursday, September 3, at 2:00 p.m. Both events will be held at the Collierville Funeral Home located at 3863 Bailey Station Road, Collierville, TN 38017.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
