Linda Evans Scott

She leaves behind her children, Pam(Joe ) Billings and John (Susan) Evans; her siblings, Tommy(Robin) White, Pat(Hayes) Laughlin and Judy Stevenson (and her late husband, Winn); her grandchildren Josh( Brandy), Jacob, Jayme (Blake), Preston, Brandon, Jami (Jimmy) and Michael; her great grandchildren Carson, Matthew, Maverick, Cayden, Maddie, Jaxson, Willow, Autumn, Zane, and Carrigan.

Linda was preceded in death by her husband Jack Scott; her parents, Lorraine White and Henderson (Sharon) White and by her son Richard Evans.

She was a beautiful, strong and resilient woman who loved to laugh and be silly with her family. Her love and talent of art led her to earn a bachelor's degree from Memphis College of Art. She went on to open Artifacts Fine Art Gallery with her husband. She worked at Cleo greeting cards and later enjoyed working with the Memphis Public Library where she retired.

A celebration of Linda's life will be held at Memphis Botanic Garden on October 4, 2025 from 11:00 TO 1:00. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Memory Makers of the Mid-South or Kemmons Wilson Family Center for Good Grief.
