Mary Ann Smiley

Mary Ann Smiley passed away peacefully on September 24, 2025, in Florence, Mississippi. She was born on September 3, 1938, in Memphis, Tennessee. Mary Ann loved the Lord and deeply cherished her family and friends.

She leaves behind four children: Steve (Belinda) Peacher, Cheryl (Thomas) Carrigan, Mark Peacher, Kathy (Manuel) Boyadjian; fourteen grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Throughout her life, and even until the end, Mary Ann radiated compassion, kindness, grace, and unwavering love for those around her. She confessed Jesus as her Lord and Savior at a young age, and with a heart full of faith, even led her parents to Christ. Mary Ann was full of life and love for people. She had a special way of making everyone she met feel seen, valued, and loved. She delighted in her children and grandchildren, and she cherished her friendships—many of which spanned decades and stood the test of time. Her legacy is one of faith, family, friendship, and love. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Thursday October 2, 2025 beginning at 1 p.m. at Collierville Funeral Home, 3863 Bailey Station Road, Collierville, Tennessee. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m.
