Melton was a devoted father who enjoyed walking the trails down by the Wolf River with his dogs. He loved going to the gym each day to exercise and spend time with friends, as well as playing golf with his brothers. On Saturdays during football season, you could find him with his daughter cheering on the Memphis Tigers. He faithfully attended church at First Assembly of God where he served as a greeter each Sunday morning. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who know him.
