Ric (Richard) Raymond Russo, originally from Cincinnati, OH., born September 8, 1949, died August 25, 2026, at the age of 76. He and his wife of 55 yrs, Kathy Russo, resided for the past 40 years in Germantown, TN. He was preceded in death by parents, Raymond & Jean Russo, and sisters, Donna Doebler and Karen Russo.
Ric is survived by his spouse Kathy, son Ryan (Valerie) Russo and sister Nancy (Joe) Santucci.
After graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a BS in Business Administration, he flew as a pilot for the U.S. Air Force, where he did 3 tours in Vietnam. He spent the rest of his career as a captain for the airlines, eventually retiring from Delta Airlines.
The funeral service will be private with burial in West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
