Wesley Henry Yelvington,76, of Piperton, TN, passed away October 14, 2014. He was born May 17, 1938 in Magnolia Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents William and Bennie Yelvington as well as his brothers James and Johnny Yelvington. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Johnnie Yelvington, two sons, David (Cathy) Yelvington and Joe (Diane) Yelvington. He also leaves behind 4 grandchildren; Jessica Old, John Wesley, Kaitlin and Lauren. Wesley enjoyed the collection and restoration of antique vehicles as well as gardening, hunting and fishing.
A gathering of friends will be held from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 17, 2014 at Collierville Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. that same day. Burial to follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Collierville, TN.
