William T. Knight, 78, of Fisherville, TN, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2017. Mr. Knight was a member of First Baptist Church of Fisherville and was a retired police officer with Memphis Police Department after 25 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Earl and Fannie Virginia Knight, and his daughter, Elizabeth Walker Knight. Mr. Knight is survived by his wife, Martha Knight, two sisters, Joyce Vahrenkamp, and Mary Alice Kenley, his sister-in-law, Diane Spears, and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 2pm at First Baptist Church of Fisherville. A private burial will take place in the church cemetery.
