Dear Cindi, Bo and Jet We were so deeply saddened by Aunt Noni's passing but know that she is now with the Lord who has welcomed her home. Although I periodically saw Aunt Noni  many times throughout my adult life, every time I thought of her, I envisioned her back in the 1960's when we were all just kids. She was so elegant, beautiful and compassionate.When we would drive down to your house in MD to visit, I always looked forward to Friday night Pepsi and Popcorn night while watching something special on TV. All the cousins would gather for this event! When Aunt Noni would enter the room, there was such a deep sense of peace that lifted me. But Aunt Noni really never had to speak to convey her love and compassion for all of us,as you could sense it in her loving eyes and her sheer presence. I will always love and cherish Aunt Noni and all of your family. She truly was a "Jesus in skin" to me, as was my father.  Let's continue to stay in touch. With much love,

Jet and Family:
We were so saddened to hear of the passing of your mother. I remember growing up across the street, being neighbors and the best friend of Jet for many years. Some of my fondest memories are of Mrs. Taylor's beautiful smile and wave every time she saw me, even when she was cleaning house with her scarf on her head!  She was a pioneer of the “working women” and proud of it! 
Saturday morning phone call from me to Jet's house 1967ish?:
John: 9:00 AM, Hi Mrs. Taylor is Jet there?
Mrs. Taylor: No John, he is still sleeping, smile in her voice.
John: 9:15 AM, Hi Mrs. Taylor is Jet up yet?
Mrs. Taylor: Not yet John, still a smile in her voice, I'll have him call you when he gets up.
John: 9:45 AM, Hi Mrs. Taylor is he up yet?
Mrs. Taylor: No honey, why don't you just come over and wake him up? Still a smile in her voice, not quite as big of a smile!
Mrs. Taylor is, and always will be a saint in my book; she was a wonderful person and will be deeply missed.

Grandma was a very special person to me. I think about her every day of my life. She used to pick me up from my mom's house on the weekend and she would take me to her house and her, grandpa and me would have Domino's pizza together and talk for hours about life, school and other wonderful things. She taught me how to fold clothes. She used to spank my butt when I got out of line. We sat down and read books for hours. She would give me M&Ms when I used to read to her. She said they made me smarter. Those are just some of the wonderful things I remember the most about my grandma.

Grandma was a great inspiration to my life since the day I was born.  I have so many fond memories of her.  I love her with all my heart, and I miss her so much.  My heart is there with her, and with my family.  I love you all.

I'm sorry to hear of the lost of your love one, may you find refuge and strength in God for he will comfort you and give you peace  during this difficult time.

Dear Family,
I am sorry Aunt Noni is not here with us any longer. But I have peace in that she's asleep in Jesus. No more pain or suffering.  The next face she see's will be the beautiful face of Jesus and hear Him say "Well done, My Good and Faithful Servant".  It is my prayer that each of us will prepare ourselves by living lives that are pleasing to The Lord, and furthering His Kingdom, so that we will meet all of our loved ones who have gone before us, in the sky, to live for Eternity together, with the Lord. We will all, and certainly none more than her children and Grandchildren, miss her for now.  Take heart as it will not be long before you see her again.  I pray this truth brings comfort.

I have so many fond memories of my Aunt Noni, but I think the most recent and vivid was when she made the trip up to see my dad when he was in the hospital just days before he passed away. He had no idea she was coming and the look on his face when she walked in his hospital room was sheer joy. He about pulled her little self over the bed rail to give her the biggest hug. He sure did love his little sister, as did all of us. Till we all meet again, Aunt Noni.
