Anthony was born in Philadelphia on August 1, 1953 to Anthony, Sr. and Florence (Camerlengo) Ricci and grew up in Fairview, NJ. He attended St Joseph Catholic High School and graduated cum laude from La Salle University.
Predeceased by his parents, he is survived by his cousins, Theresa Weatherby and Mary Johnson, as well as their families.
