Barbara was a widow to the late Joseph McGrail (42 years married), a devoted mother to Tim (late Kathy) and Kevin (Cathy), a loving grandma to Brandon, Tommy, Holly, Robyn, and Krista, and a long time partner to Alvin Herman. She was also survived by many loving friends, great grandchildren, and additional family members.
Barbara was a long time resident of her favorite town, Collingswood. She would often be found gardening, talking with her neighbors, and walking Haddon Avenue.
Barbara was a phenomenal hair dresser for decades, to which she cut her hair until she was unable to continue just a few months ago. She was a beach bum, lover of life, shopaholic, and dancer. She could always be found where the sun was shining and good music played.
Please join her family in her celebration of life on December 5th, 2021 at Blake-Doyle Funeral Home in Collingswood. Visitation will be from 3pm-4pm and a memorial service at 4pm.
