Duane, RIP
Yes, you were totally the best landlord anyone could have. We were so young when we rented
from you. We had the best Halloween parties
ever. I still remember our rent. $175.00 including heat. I think after 6 years you told us you had to raise it, which you did $10.00.
So good to us.

Those were the days. Always kind and fun loving. I think you enjoyed our parties as much as we did. Always calling the Collingswood police to alert them there would be cars parked on Hillcrest Ave, so they would not ticket them.

Lisa was so young, and Duane only a baby.
Barbara also put up with us.
God Bless you Duane!
