Formerly of Fairview (Camden) and most recently Haddon Township, died peacefully Saturday morning at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, with her devoted daughter Nancy by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late John (Jack) McCabe. In addition to her daughter, Helen is survived by her sister Beatrice Cargen and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by six siblings.
Helen was a faithful parishioner at St. Vincent Pallotti Church, an avid traveler, concert goer, and reader. She loved babies, lounging with friends by the pool and sharing life with her family. A former supervisor at Esterbrook Pen Company, Helen later retired from RCA. She will be truly missed.
Friends and family are invited to the viewing Friday, April 20, 9:30-11:30 am at St. Vincent Pallotti Church, 901 Hopkins Rd., Haddon Township, NJ 08033. Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 am.
