Helen Mary West-Binter

Beloved daughter of the late Michael and Lorraine Petrilli (nee Ziccardi) and beloved sister of the late Bernie West (nee Petrilli), she is survived by her loving husband of many years, Robert Binter and the light of her life, her daughter Angelina Torelli. Helen was cherished and loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins and life long friends.

Her support team through her battle with cancer was her “sisters”, Kim Holstein, Sue Overpeck, Maria Carle, Lois Ziccardi, Danyel Ziccardi, Cherlyn Rogers, her husband Rob, her daughter Angelina and many other loved ones.

Helen had a deep passion for dance which she performed and taught for over 20 years. Helen was a big time animal lover. She was survived by the late Princess, who was her soul dog. She is survived by pets Bootsie, Socks, Sweetie, Ashtray, Bailey and Peanut.

Helen had a love for the Lord, gardening, the beach and Philadelphia sports. If you knew Helen, you knew that she loved her high heels, hair spray and hot pink lipstick.

In her early years, Helen worked as a server and cocktail waitress at The Pub in Pennsauken, where she met so many special people. She was also a paralegal for 20 years and loved helping her clients.

Helen loved her family and friends so immensely. She loved putting together family events. Helen will truly be missed by so many!!

Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, June 23, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. followed by a Celebration Of Life Service at Blake-Doyle Funeral Home, 226 West Collings Avenue, Collingswood, NJ 08108.
