Joseph passed peacefully on November 10, 2015. Beloved husband of Lydia (nee Phifer) for 34 yrs. Cherished son of Joseph and Rita Dougherty. Devoted father of Matthew, Daniel, Jeremiah, Rachel and Jacob. Beloved brother of R. Anne (Stephen) O’Toole of Cherry Hill, Maureen Smith of Maple Shade, Monica (Gary) Potosky of Cherry Hill, Paul (Dina) Dougherty of Haddon Twp., Daniel (Christine) Dougherty of Haddonfield and predeceased in life by Alexander Dougherty. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to the visitation on Monday November 16, 9:30 AM at Collingswood Church of Christ, 300 White Horse Pike, West Collingswood, NJ 08107.
