Joseph V. Wesolowski
March 19, 1930 – January 28, 2021
Joseph V. Wesolowski, formerly of Haddonfield, N.J., passed peacefully on January 28, 2021 at the age 90 at his home in Glen Allen, VA.
He was born in Philadelphia on March 19, 1930 and was the son of the late Edmund and Aniela (Nellie) Wesolowski. The youngest of four siblings, Joe was preceded in death by the Reverend Edmund C. Wesolowski, Leonard V. Wesolowski, and Mildred Wesolowski. He was the widow of Dorothy (Stupka) Wesolowski with whom he shared 50 years of marriage. Joe was a graduate of St. Joseph’s University. He was an Army veteran and spent his career at General Electric (RCA). Joe enjoyed talking to everyone and telling stories, especially of his early years spent in Shenandoah, PA. An active member of his church, Joe will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and good friend to all.
He leaves behind his son Paul J. Wesolowski (wife Stephanie) of Glen Allen, VA, two grandchildren Lauren and Rachael Wesolowski, and several nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Christ the King Catholic Church, 200 Windsor Ave, Haddonfield N.J. February 4, 2021, 11:00am.
