Justine was born on October 31, 1972 in Philadelphia, PA to Dr Joseph and Dolores (Cirillo) Kozielski. She graduated from Camden Catholic High School in 1990 and attended Cabrini College.
Predeceased by her mother, she is survived by her father, Dr Joseph Kozielski of Marlton, NJ; her sister, Jennifer (Chris) Fleischmann of Cherry Hill, NJ; her nieces, Mary, Abigail and Sophia; her aunt and uncle, James and Bernadette Cirillo, as well as her cousins.
Family and friends are invited to a Visitation on Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at the Catholic Church of St Mary, 2001 Springdale Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003.
Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 5201 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.
