Age 92 of Haddon Heights

Margaret “Peggy” passed away peacefully Thursday January 19, 2017. Cherished daughter of predeceased Harry and Katherine McCammon. Devoted aunt of William (Kathy) McCammon, Anne Townsend, Helen Townsend, Thomas W. Tompkins Jr., Mary (Damion) Mylet, Margaret Kurz, Donna (Daniel) Abate, Susan (Jerry) DuBois, Joseph (Bonnie) Tompkins, Christine (Pat) Riley, Michele (Jeff) Mink and predeceased by William Townsend, Richard Townsend Jr., Karl Kurz. Dear sister of Eileen Townsend and predeceased by Richard Townsend Sr., Joan Tompkins, William (Sarah) McCammon Sr. and dear sister-in-law of Thomas Tompkins Sr. Loving aunt to many great nieces and nephews.

Margaret loved gardening. She was a devout member of St. Rose of Lima Parish. Margaret enjoyed traveling and going to casinos. She cherished spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed.

Family and friends are invited to the Viewing on Tuesday January 24, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at BLAKE-DOYLE Funeral Home, 226 W. Collings Avenue, Collingswood, NJ 08108. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM at St. Rose of Lime Parish 300 King’s Hwy, Haddon Heights, NJ. Interment will follow in New St. Mary Cemetery and Mausoleum, Bellmawr, NJ.
