

Born in Kentucky on October 25, 1950, Rebecca was raised in Indianapolis, Indiana and attended St Rita’s Catholic School and Public School #38..
She graduated from Arsenal Technical School in Indiana. Rebecca earned two master’s degrees, was a licensed therapist and owned Becky’s Best LLC.
Rebecca also worked as an educator in the Philadelphia Public School System as well as Rowan University and Camden County College. She worked at Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce as an employment counselor.
Rebecca enjoyed reading, crocheting, traveling and cooking. She also enjoyed collecting designer purses.
Preceded in death by her parents, John Lee Hurst, Sr. and Irene L. Kyle-Hurst and her brother, John Lee Hurst, she is survived by her husband, Henderson Clarke; her children, Alex and Gia Frattaroli; her sisters, Beverly Kay Barney and Shirley Kay Hurst; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at a later date.
