Susan Patricia Ogrodnek

Susan Ogrodnek passed away peacefully on July 4, 2025, in Collingswood, NJ, at the age of 76. Born in Philadelphia, PA, to Joseph and Margaret (Lynch) Cassidy. Throughout her life, family meant everything to Susan, who loved to say, "We're rich in love."

Susan was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lourie Ogrodnek and her brothers, Joseph and Paul Cassidy. She is survived by her sisters; Margaret Cassidy, Judy Cassidy, and Eileen (Jim) Ingelido; her children; Larry (Melissa) Ogrodnek, Somer (Eddie) Ogrodnek, and Joe (Michelle) Ogrodnek; and her cherished grandchildren; Blair, Jane, Rose, Archer, and Sasha, who brought immeasurable joy to her life.

A woman of many interests, Susan found beauty in the simple pleasures of life. She was an avid reader who could often be found with a book in hand, and she nurtured a deep appreciation for plants and flowers, art, and antiques. But above all, family was at the heart of everything she did.

Susan's warmth, wisdom, and love for her family created a legacy that will continue to bloom in the lives of all who knew her. Her spirit and the richness of love she cultivated will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
