I had the great privilege of serving as Angie's case manager with Ariel Clinical Services. I always felt I was a great case manager, however Angie taught me to be an even better one. I will miss my home visits with her. Angie sitting on my lap, and giving kisses on my cheek. Her beautiful face and sweet disposition. My most favorite memory will always be another provider getting her to say yuck (with the sound of the y dragged out) when she heard my name but would never say it when she saw me. The care and love Angie received from her current host home provider (HHP) and HHP's daughter is beyond measure. Angie was and continues to be loved. I truly believe she is no longer in any pain and completely whole. Forever loved.
