Your Celebration of Life was a real tribute to the person you were to all of us, and prayers and humble pride for your mother who raised you so well. We will miss you, our true friend, Indian Mike, Dr. Mike, Michael.  We love you, until we meet again. ❤️🙏🏼.  Rest In Peace. 🌹

Anthony has helped me many times over the years I got to know him, he was someone I always looked up too and asked for advice. He went by a couple names like “Indian mike” and “doctor mike” but I always called him “big bro”.

I was fortunate enough to receive his wisdom and he always dropped what he was doing to talk to me and help me when I asked him. He had a way about him that was warm hearted, intelligent, and giving and I use his example to mold my actions in every day life.

Anthony, you taught me so much and was always caring to me even when you had many things going on. Your efforts will never go unnoticed and your memory will live on in my life forever. Thank you and I love you. ❤️ Potsie

Anthony taught me many things in the time I knew him, but his biggest lesson to me was that I’m deserving of love and forgiveness.

His humor always made me smile and reminded me not to take myself so seriously. He had a way of touching people’s hearts with his words and his laughter.

You have impacted so many peoples lives and I will be forever grateful. God rest your soul you gentile, golden hearted man. You will be missed and you are loved by many.

It's sad that Dr. Mike passed away. He's always happy to see me at our meeting celebrating how many days I had sober, He cared about everyone in meeting. He's so nice and a thoughtful person! Love and miss him!

Always love Doctor Mike, he helped me a lot and I learned from him. His smile will keep in my mind and encourage me to go ahead. God bless Mike and his family, thanks Mike.

I remember I met Indian Mike many moons ago. God used him to be the light to others. I personally was losing hope a few times due to life on lifes terms, and I remember our talks. He always said pause, pray, help others. He used laughter to heal the broken and wounded. He was not only a brother he was like a father figure to me( my father was not in my life) May you join the elders and be in peace and no more pain.Thank you for teaching me the true meaning of COURAGE!!. May Peace be with you all. Gone but never forgotten. Your spirit lives in us!! May we pass on what you so freely gave us. Love you brother..

Mike was a very a important part of the beginning of my sober journey. I am saddened by the news of his passing but take solace in knowing he is no longer suffering and has taken his place with the elders. Mitakuye Oyasin

Dr. Mike was such a thoughtful man, he gave me this over a decade ago, one day out of the blue, he just said for “you and your new bride.” I worked with him in Skid Row, he knew The Godfather film was my favorite.  I was blown away last night because i found this inscription on side of bottle , I have had this prized possession for quite a while and never knew he wrote me this message.  Dr. Mike still helping others (like me) from up above get through these moments.  You are missed my Indian brother.

Indian Mike shared this photo with me when I first met him at Easy. He said he was from Los Angeles California but he was here taking care of his mom. I thought what a noble and good man is this. Bev C

Indian Mike chaired the 9 am on Saturday at Easy for many years and he must of loved bananas because he would bring them to eat and share. There were always some leftovers for the noon meeting.  Bev C

Some of us peeps started texting each other I believe to share good things and to support each other. Indian Mike had a good sense of humor and would send a lot of funny memes and some now make me cry like this one Bridgett M shared today that he’d sent to us and I remembered he called us sisters.  I won’t forget him.  I’m glad he’s not suffering anymore. Bev C

I asked Indian Mike if he would be the speaker for the Alcothon one year and he said yes. I loved his story from the street to a PhD.  He has helped so many people, from Skid Row in Los Angeles, California to Colorado Springs, Colorado. 
 I am so happy to have known Indian Mike. He will be missed. Bev C

Mike was an amazing person and a HUGE influence on me. I'm so glad he was there for me when I came into the rooms, and I'm relieved he's no longer in pain. R.I.P. and fly high Brother!

Him and George were road dawgs!!  NEVER a dull moment with these two, the bantering between them was priceless. 

Friday night - board game night at Cheers Alano Club....so many laughs, from the crazy games to random snacks we tried to surprise each other with!

My very deepest sorrow  to come to this point in the life of Mike,  the most noble, dignified, honest and true friend I’ve ever had (in such a short span of time.) 
My heart aches for him and for his family and I know they must rejoice in knowing that he is with our Heavenly Father.
