Mr. Arthur C. Hill

June 11, 1930 –Feb. 27, 2010

Arthur “Art” C. Hill went home to be with The Lord on February 27, 2010 at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs after an extended and courageous battle with cancer.

He is survived by his wife, Anna Ruth (Kneisly) of the home, 2 daughters Joyce Marshall and Mark of Stratford, TX, Janet Hill and Mike of Colorado Springs, 5 grandchildren, Joshua Marshall and Amber of Ft. Rucker, AL, Ryan Wanner and Jenny of Ft. Collins, CO., Jeremy Hill of Colorado Springs, Brian White and Melissa of Stratford, TX., and Lindsey Loomis and Jeremy of Amarillo, TX., brother Fred Hill and Ruthie of California, MO., sister Anna Ruth Williamson of Lebo, KS. He will also be missed greatly by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Art was preceded in death by infant son Mark Allan, father Fred L. Hill, Mother Opal (Clark) Hill and sister Goldie Barber.

An open casket visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 10:30 am on Thursday, March 4, 2010, with a funeral service to follow at 10:30 am, both of which will be held in the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel.
