Betty E. Baxter 63 of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away on December 15, 2016. Born October 4, 1953 in Manhattan, New York to the late William and Lillian Taggart. Betty worked as a Dental Assistant for many years. She is survived by her companion Eddie Baxter. Betty is preceded in passing by her parents and brother, William Taggart. No services will be held at this time.
