Bob Morell

Robert C. Morell, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully in Colorado Springs, CO. on December 19, 2016; born in Ludington, MI on July 30, 1942. Education includes degrees in Chemistry, Biology, Physiology and Pharmacology.

His career included officer in the Air Force, Rehabilitation counselor and educator. Accomplishments include B-52 training, earning navigation wings, and combat in Vietnam. In 1976, Bob was honored with a transfer to teach at USAFA in Colorado Springs. There he met Juanita Frank and they married March 21, 1980.

Bob had a heart for people and loved them unconditionally. He honored the Lord by serving people and the church.

Bob leaves behind his beloved wife, Juanita Morell; children Michael (Jessica) Morell of Colorado Springs, Eric (Linda) Morell of Woodland Park, and Lynda (Bryan) Burch of Umatilla, FL; grandchildren, Sampson, Lillian, and Karena; sibling, Dale Morell.

Visitation will take place at 9:30 am, followed with service at 10:00 am, concluding with reception, at Roswell Community Church, 2728 Beacon St., and Wednesday, December 28. Burial will take place at Ft Logan National Cemetery at 2:15 pm.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Roswell Community Church or St. Judes Children Research Hospital.
