Bob L. Offutt passed away Thursday, April 25, 2013. He was born on July 1, 1929 in Kendrick, Colorado and was a Colorado native. Bob was a WWII veteran, firefighter with the North Suburban fire department, and a master carpenter. He loved tinkering in his garage inventing and making new toys for his grandchildren, and he loved fishing. Bob's kind and friendly nature touched so many people in so many ways. Everyone loved him. Bob is loved and will be deeply missed by Elsie, his beloved wife of 60 years. Grateful for having shared his life are his three sons: Billy (Shannon), Bobby and Jerry (Kay); his grandchildren: Alisha, Jeremy, Josh, Nick, Eric and Kristina; 8 great grandchildren and many friends. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 1st, 5pm-7pm at Memorial Gardens, 3825 Airport Road, Colorado Springs. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 2nd, 2pm at Memorial Gardens.
