I met Brett in sixth grade at Carver Elementary. He had the Steve Martin "Wild and Crazy Guy" album and he would quote from it, making everyone laugh. But that was just the beginning. Brett had an amazing ability to recognize what made something funny, and he would take that knowledge and make his own jokes. LOTS of jokes! We shared so many laughs at Sabin Jr. High and into Doherty HS. Rest in peace, my friend; you gave me and so many others the gift of laughter, and that is a gift beyond price.

Ive never met someone who could make another person laugh as easily as he could. He put smiles on the faces of most everyone he met and tears in their eyes knowing hes gone..Sincere condolences to his family, he will be missed.

My sincere condolences to the family.  Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your heart. 

 Brett was a true original and will be missed by many that were lucky enough to be a part of his life.  Rest in the arms of angels my dear friend.

Brett was loved by many as he had such a good heart. He loved a good laugh but he had a serious side too.  I worked with him for many years at ATS  and then PGI.  He made us laugh but was very good at his job.  Thanks for all the great memories my friend.  I will miss you.  RIP.

I'm so sorry to hear of Brett's passing. Brett lived in our building for over ten years. He helped my family out immeasurably when my brother Matthew suddenly passed. He cried when my father died a few years back. 

Brett had an amazing sense of humor and an incredibly kind heart. So sorry for your loss.
