I can't believe that you have been gone for six long years my dear Charles.

I would just like to extend my best wishes to all of your family.  
I wish I could've met your beautiful daughter . We had spoken about it not long before your passing,  God bless her.

I think of you very often and miss you always.

You were such  a big part of my life,  and I still to this day can hear your voice and laughter.

Dear Krystle,

I never had the pleasure of meeting you, but Charles  would talk to me about you all the time, 
I knew your father since the 1990s.
I was even at his parents house in Ottawa and had the pleasure of meeting his mother.

I remember when he came to visit me in Montreal, (when he would  be here for his teaching seminars) &  he showed me pictures of you and him with your tigers, and  was gushing about your many accomplishments & of course how much he cherished you , adored you & loved you.

I just want you to know,  even though you don't know me,  I think about you  & your Dad very often,  and you are both  in my thoughts and prayers.
I hope you are doing well. 

I know your father is watching you always from above.

Many  years before you were born , I was very close with your father.
 Myself  and my children lived with him for one year in the house in Colorado when it was first built.

I was in a very volatile and dangerous situation here in Montreal,  and he rescued myself and my two children.
I loved your father, and I am eternally grateful for how he helped me and my two children,  John and Alexandra.

I met Charles in 1988 at the University of Ottawa.  He would come and train in between classes at the campus gym and was generous with advice and assistance.  He was so young back then and he knew what he wanted and what he needed to do. Condolences to Krystal and his siblings.

 He came to my rescue,   & bravely took on the responsibility of myself, & Johnny & Alexandra - flying us in from Montreal, Quebec.

Charles was the rare combination of athlete and polymath. He brought science to an industry filled with obsolete methods and opinions. He was inspirational in my career in health and fitness and I will be forever grateful.

I was shocked, bowled over with this news. It seems Superman has passed.

Your advice changed my fitness and strength levels to where I never would have gone otherwise.

I'm so sad to hear Charles has passed.  I haven't seen Charles in person for about 20 years, but followed his work success via my husband Richard Way.  He was opinionated, funny and also thoughtful.  He lived life as he wanted to.  My thoughts are with his daughter Krystal and the rest of his family.
