Christopher Steven Coast

Chris was born on April 29, 1995 in Colorado Springs, CO. He was the third of four children born to Steve and Ginnie Coast.

After graduating from Air Academy High School in 2013, he worked a series of jobs from Packaging Express and Dominoes to UPS and OnTrak. Chris met the love of his life in 2015 and quickly fell in love. Early in the relationship they adopted their dogs Bailey and Bella, who he adored. He married Brandi Coast in Monument, Colorado on July 15, 2022. They welcomed their son, Caden Coast, on June 21, 2023.

Chris loved living in Colorado and enjoyed his time outdoors hiking, biking, and camping with his family. There was nothing he loved more than being a husband and father. Chris enjoyed craft beers, disc golf, playing with his dogs, and teaching Caden all kinds of new things. Chris was full of knowledge and enjoyed sharing it with others. His caring personality was adored by all.

Christopher is survived by his wife Brandi Coast and son Caden Coast; his parents Steve and Ginnie Coast; siblings Katie Laris (and husband Nick), Will Coast, Trevor Coast (and wife Shianne); half-sister Acacia Coast (and wife Erin Parchert), his grandparents William & Fay Watkins, and Sara Coast; his niece Annabel Laris and nephew Sonny Coast-Parchert; mother in law Michele Heafner; father in law Bob Myers (and wife Mary); sister in laws Sheila Burke (and husband Paul) and Alicia Payne (and husband Chris). Also survived by loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Roger Coast.

A visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 11am, followed by a memorial service at 1pm. The visitation and service will be held in the chapel at Swan-Law Funeral Directors, 501 N Cascade Ave. Colorado Springs, CO 80903.

Christopher will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery privately with family and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, a Go Fund Me page has been set up on behalf of the family to help Brandi and Caden navigate the financial burden during this challenging time.
