David Arthur Cockshaw

David graduated from Weymouth High School in 1984 and went on to serve in the United States Navy as an Electronics Technician 2nd Class. His steady dedication and hard work continued through his education, earning an Associates of Science in Electro-Mechanical Engineering and Technology from Bristol Community College. He later devoted 24 years to HC Starck in Newton, MA, serving as Operations and Manufacturing Manager from 1995 to 2019—work marked by reliability, loyalty, and a quiet commitment to doing things well and doing them the right way.

David was married to Kimberly Ann Cockshaw. He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Jessica Cockshaw (Vinh Nguyen) and Jennifer Cockshaw (Cameron Maillet); one grandson; and his sister, Barbara McHugh. He is also survived by his parents, Arthur and Kathleen Cockshaw. David was predeceased by his son, John Cockshaw.

David will be remembered with deep respect for his kind heart, his devoted presence, and the steadfast care he showed to those who had the privilege to know and love him.
