Truly sorry for your loss! We will remember his wit and was always happy to see him even though it was usually a long time in between meeting up. 
We can’t attend the memorial but you will be in our thoughts and prayers ❤️

Lynn was the first person to welcome us to the neighborhood when we moved into our home in 1989.  He came over as we were unloading the moving truck wearing one of his well-known Jesus tee shirts.  He proved to be the glue that held our cup de sac together ever since.  I am thankful he is with his Lord now, but we all sure miss him here.  Pamela and I send our love to all his amazing family.

Lynn was one of the really good guys in this world. He always had a smile and a funny anecdote.
Lynn loved Ingrid and his family dearly. He loved God and was faithful in his church. He enjoyed bikes and guns and politics.
I've known Lynn for 40 plus years.  He and Ingrid attended my Dad's church and was one of my Dad's (Tom Inman) best friends. I've also been Lynn's hair stylist for 15 plus years. I will so miss our talks  while I was cutting his hair. He was always funny . Lynn had strong opinions but always had facts to back them up.  Sometimes it almost felt like talking to my Dad. I'm sure Dad was at the Pearly Gate to welcome his friend.
Lynn will be missed by so very many people, but none more than his beloved wife Ingrid.  

Lynn was our rep when I managed a design and cabinet showroom in Albuquerque.  I always said that he should give rep lessons to all other reps because he was the best.  He never over promised, he always delivered and he called on us regularly and always followed up when assistance was requested.  Lynn was special and became our friend.  I always had M & Ms, (with peanuts of course) ready when he called on us.  I once bragged that I could make any kind of cheesecake and Lynn challenged me to make one that tasted like M & Ms.  It actually tasted more like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup but that’s not bad, either.
Gone too soon.  I will hold his family in my heart.

In customer service with Dewils Industries, I worked with Lynn for many years.  He was honest, to a fault in everything we ever did.  He was always fun to deal with.  Whenever he would need something, I would say, " Sure, just fax me $5.00."  And he would.  We fished on the Deschutes River unsuccessfully for Steelhead.  In all, he was a good man, and a good friend.

My deepest condolences to Lynn’s family and friends. Although our direct work relationship lasted only two years, I had the pleasure of running into Lynn on occasion the last 20 years. He was a joy to be around, with his continuous smile, quick wit, amazing sense of humor and genuine empathy. May he rest in peace and joke around with all who surround him in Heaven!

When I was a little girl, I would visit my grandparents yearly in Colorado and attend the church my grandpa pastored. Every time I would visit, Lynn would make a big to-do from the pulpit during announcements and call me up to the front to present me with a large container of Cheeto Puffs. I guess at some point, he learned that I loved them, and made it a priority every time I came in town. Even in my adult years, my visits to Colorado always included a bag of Cheetos from Lynn Phipps. While I may not have known much about his day-to-day outside of this, there was something so special about the fact that he would think to do this little thing for me. I remember feeling a little embarrassed about it when I was younger, but I came to realize just how kind it was. May he enjoy all the Cheeto Puffs heaven has to offer! 

I have so many memories of Lynn that it is hard to think of one.  I worked  with Lynn at Dewils Industries from the time he was hired until I retired in 2019.  Everytime he came to town for a sales meeting he took myself and my husband out to dinner.  

I always looked forward to the hugs he gave me when he came to the office and left to go back home.  

Lynn and all our sales staff called me "MA" .
