Donald Redene Husted Sr., 95 of Colorado Springs, CO. passed on June 22, 2015. Donald is survived by his children Wesley Husted, Donald Husted Jr., Judith Darbyshire, Jon Husted, Ronald Husted, Bernard Husted, Melanie Nishita, Barbara Massey and Jeffrey Husted. Donald is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Husted, and daughters Ruth Ann Husted and Melissa Jean Husted as well his parents. Donald was born July 22, 1919 to Ralph and Neola Husted in Bradford, Pennsylvania. He served in the Army in WWII. A Visitation will be held, Thursday, June 25, 2015 from 5-7 pm and Funeral Services on Friday, June 26, 2015 at 10:00 am, both services at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, located at 3825 Airport Rd., Colorado Springs, CO. 80910. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Donald’s name to Circle Drive Baptist Church.
