Donna Joan Gibson

Donna was the daughter of Dorce Lunsford and Cleo (Hulen) Lunsford, and grew up with three beloved siblings; Dorce, Peggy and Joy. In 1953, she married the love of her life, Donald Carlos Gibson, and together they raised four children; Mark Gibson (Marion) of Fountain, CO, Terry Gibson of Colorado Springs, CO, Dianna Cradic (Tim) of Burlington, IA, and Kevin Gibson of Colorado Springs, CO.

Donna spent most of her adult life in Colorado.

For over 20 years, Donna dedicated herself to Walmart, where she excelled in the electronics and gardening departments. She was known for her expertise and friendly demeanor, making countless friends among fellow associates and customers alike. Donna had an affinity for cats, earning her the title of the biggest cat lover known to many. Later in life she found joy in befriending squirrels that frequented her backyard, bringing her laughter and delight.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, all of her siblings, and her husband Donald. She is survived by her four children, eleven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and many members of Mountain View Church of Christ where she was a member, all of whom cherish her memory dearly.
